Our Mission

The B·side Framework

In music, the B-side is a secondary recording that typically receives less attention, although some B-sides have been equally or more successful than their A-sides. At B·side, we believe that both sides of music, and life, are worth listening to.

How it Works

We do away with the traditional model of teacher-student hierarchy. Our vision of inclusivity prioritizes a flat and equal learning style, where we strive to learn from each other in a mutual way.

All LGBTQ+ folks benefit from what our elders have paved and from the energy that our youth possess. Through familiar and new challenges, we are stronger when we know each other. We hope that building what our community looks like is inclusive and intergenerational.
